Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa, known as the owner of prominent esports organizations NAVI and Maincast, is set to take the helm of the Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF). According to Newsrepublic, citing insider sources, a complete reformation of the organization’s leadership is currently underway.
The existing management of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Federation of Cybersport (e-sports) of Ukraine” is expected to be officially dismissed, paving the way for a new board to be registered in the near future.
As part of this restructuring, several high-profile figures from Ukraine’s esports scene are being appointed to key positions. Investor Maksym Krippa is anticipated to become the new president of the federation. Joining him on the executive team will be Andriy Hrytsenko—an experienced tournament organizer with deep ties to NAVI—who will assume the role of executive director.
The inclusion of leadership from both NAVI and Maincast signals a strategic shift in the federation’s direction, aimed at strengthening its institutional capacity and aligning it more closely with industry leaders.

This move marks a significant milestone in the evolution of Ukrainian esports governance and could set the stage for a more unified and professionalized competitive landscape.
New Board of Ukrainian Esports Federation to Include Prominent Figures from NAVI and Maincast
In addition to the appointment of Maksym Krippa as president, several key personalities from the Ukrainian esports scene are expected to take seats on the newly formed board of the Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF). Among them are Maincast co-founder Vitaly Volochai, NAVI CEO Evgeny Zolotarev, head coach Andrey Gorodensky, COO Alexey Kucherov, and well-known talent Mikhail Zverev.
These additions point to a significant reshuffling within the organization, with a clear emphasis on consolidating leadership under individuals with deep expertise in the industry.
Behind the Scenes of the Leadership Transition
While the specifics of Maksym Krippa’s appointment have not yet been made public, sources familiar with the situation say that current regional representatives and members of the Federation’s board were asked to endorse a written protocol.

This document reportedly confirmed that a meeting had taken place in which Krippa was unanimously elected as president, along with the approval of the new board.
An official statement from the Ukrainian Esports Federation regarding the leadership transition is expected shortly. Once confirmed, the reshaped board—now including some of the country’s most influential figures in competitive gaming—could mark a new chapter for esports governance in Ukraine.
