He will sell you fencing materials for gold, and you can also ask him about his merchandise if you are curious as to why he is selling them. As a little extra, you can also buy a bedroll from the merchant if you prefer sleeping in the open air over indoors. The bedroll is free and can be found by entering Julianos’ tent from his front door. You will find that there are no markers for invisible collision boxes which keep you inside of the area. That way, you can set up your house however you like it without having to worry about the map preventing you from placing things where they may or may not be allowed (depending on who knows what).
